Buyer is responsible for checking the item at pickup, and if significant defects and omissions that are not described on Fymas Auctions are found, Buyer have the option to cancel the contract by immediately on pickup location to call the complaints department at Fymas Auctions on the phone (+45) 44 65 06 07.

If Buyer wishes to complain, the buyer shall refrain from signing the Receipt and the item must not be taken away - When the Buyer or its carrier have signed the Receipt statement and picked up the Item, this it acceptance of the purchase - and the buyer cannot complain.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Invoices have 5 days payment terms. • Payment must be registered before seller can be contacted for collection of purchased items • The items must be collected within 14 days after the auction end time. • An agreement MUST be made with the seller prior to collection • The buyer is responsible for all costs regarding pick up, transport and export.
